520-foot, 47-story modernist mixed-use building completed in 2022. Designed by Handel Architects, it replaces the former 8-story Covenant House building on the site. The facade is clad in glass and rust/bronze-hued metal panels that fold outward, giving a sense of depth. The articulation of these panels expands as the tower rises, framing single-story spaces at the podium all the way to five-story expanses at the tower top. Cutting through the massing, a ribbon of glass stitches the base and the tower together and points toward the building's exterior decks.

Above the main entrance, on the west elevation of the podium base, are geometric inward-sloping glass panels. The podium is topped by terraces with glass railings.

The building contains 453 apartment units and a 57,000-sq-ft. community center.
