7-story residential building completed in 2010. Designed by Edelman Sultan Knox Wood for the Clinton Housing Development Company, it has two entrances — one that leads to nine apartments, and one to two subterranean rehearsal spaces, totaling 3,700 square feet, that are called Clinton Cameo Studios. The building, which offers low-income housing, was developed at the same time as the InterContinental Hotel to its rear, to make use of additional air rights.

The building is clad in off-white brick above a 2-story base of black metal. The facade is divided into two bays, with the 2nd floor having triple-windows in each bay. The upper floors also have triple-windows, with connected concrete sills and lintels. A brown-painted pre-cast stone parapet caps the 6th floor, surmounted by a parapet stepped up in the center, with a checkerboard brick pattern, and concrete copings. The parapet fronts a recessed top floor. The ground floor is occupied by Clinton Cameo Studios.
