Four 5-story residential building completed together as tenements in 1895 with identical facades. Each is clad in yellow brick above brownstone 1st floors and raised basements. Short stoops bridge over the basement areaways, leading to projecting, segmental-arched entry porticos in the center bay of each facade. Short Corinthian columns on tall bases support console brackets that in turn support the arches, with elaborate keystones and crowning cornices that form bases for the metal fire escapes that run down the middle of each facade. The doors are paneled wood and glass in the middle two buildings; the outer two have replacement metal-and-glass doors. To either side on the parlor floor are large segmental-arched window openings, each with three rough-faced stone voussoirs. Rough-faced stone bands connect the windows, and foliate panels are set below them, just above the windows in the rusticated basement.
Above the cornice the upper floors have recessed middle bays with two windows in segmental-arched openings flanked by end bays with similar windows. Those on the 2nd floor have flat brownstone lintels with joined shoulders and matching keystones to those above the doorways, except on the windows behind the fire escapes. A patterned brownstone string course serves as sills for the 3rd-floor windows, which have simpler brownstone lintels. Recessed brick spandrels panels are located between the 3rd- & 4th-floor windows, which are topped by brownstone round-arches with floral patterns in the end bays; the middle bays have the same lintels as on the 3rd floor. Another narrow string course joins the sills of the top floor, where the windows have recessed brownstone sub-lintels below the main, flat lintels that are joined at the shoulders and have keystones - flat at most of the windows, but with the elaborate style between the two middle-bay windows. A continuous metal roof cornice (brown, except for a black-painted section at No. 324) crowns the facades, with brackets, panels, modillions, and dentils. The doorway at No. 328 has been modified, with a lower stoop, lowered door, and sideways access ramp.
