6-story residential building completed in 1988. Designed by Michael Greenberg, it is clad in salmon-colored brick, set back from the building line behind a white brick wall and iron gate. The west side of the south facade has a pair of triple-window bays and a double-window bay; to the right there is an angled bay with single-windows, leading back to a recessed bay of triple-windows. The slighly-further recessed entrance is at the ground floor of this bay. All of the windows have dark-grey metal air-conditioning vents below them, except for the angled bay. A band of white brick runs across the windows of top floor, below the brick roof parapet and metal coping. Projecting, dark-grey iron balconies front the inner parts of the two western bays, divided in the middle by a vertical concrete fin.

The western elevation is clad in salmon-colored brick, with a continuation of the white brick stripe at the top, and a vertical column of white brick near the front edge. There is a single, small, square window at the top floor, and a narrow brick chimney at the northwest corner.
