Formerly "Townshire Shopping Center", one of the oldest major shopping centers in town (built in the late 1950s) and extensively redeveloped in the early 2000s, razing the old Sears building (hadn't been a Sears since the early 1980s) and building an Albertsons (which was on the same level as the rest of the strip, the Sears wasn't). The Albertsons ended up being empty more than it had a real tenant.
