5-story diplomatic office building completed in the mid-late 1800s as a townhouse. Three bays wide, it is clad in red brick above a red-painted brownstone English basement. The stoop and entrance surround are also painted red. The windows have brownstone sills and metal cornices, and the facade is topped by a brown metal roof cornice.
The building now houses the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Moldova to the United Nations.
