9-story residential building completed in 1925. Designed by Schwartz & Gross, it is clad in variegated red brick with a light-grey granite water table. The 2-story base has a central entrance with a glass and grey-iron door flanked by simple fluted pilasters. There are brick-and-glass storefronts on either side, and a black metal service door at the east end. Sloped navy-blue canvas awnings cover the storefronts, and a rounded canopy extends out from the entrance.

Above the ground floor there are double-windows in the end bays and three narrow single-windows in the middle bay, with light-grey stone sills (joined across the three middle-bay windows). A light-grey stone band course runs across the top of the 2nd floor. There are light-grey stone panels between the floors at the middle bay, decorated with lightly carved medallions and urns connected by garlands. Bands of vertically-laid bricks line the tops and bottoms of these panels.

A stone cornice sets off the top floor, which has stone pilasters around the middle-bay windows, topped by round-arches. A simple stone coping caps the roof line. The building contains 32 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Wine 58 Liquors, and Alpha Engraving and Custom Printing.
