144-foot, 13-story residential building completed in 1928. It is clad in red brick above a 2-story limestone base with a grey granite water table that rises as it moves east due to the slope of the site. The facade has 14 total bays, with the main entrance just off-center (there are six bays to the left of the entry, and seven to the right); the entry bay is spaced farther apart from the rest. The entrance itself has glass double-doors flanked by white columns and covered by a rounded green canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. Above the canopy is a broken rounded pediment framing the base of the 2nd-floor window. To the west of the main entrance are two bays of windows, a black wooden door in a stone molding, two more windows, and a metal service door in the end bay, covered by a small, rounded, green canvas canopy. To the east of the main entrance are three bays of single-windows, a stainless-steel-and-glass door and sidelight framed by a stone molding, a 2-bay show-window, and another metal service door and small canopy in the end bay. Above the ground floor there are 14 single-windows.
The brick upper floors have stone sills at the windows. Those on the 3rd floor have splayed brick lintels with limestone keystones, and simple iron railings over the bases. The window above the entrance is set in a round-arch of brick and is flanked by a pair of projecting flagpoles. The other floors have flat brick lintels, except for the 7th & 10th, which also have splayed lintels with keystones. Stone string courses run below these two floors.
A later addition to the original facade, there are five instances of projecting balconies spanning two bays, painted red on the undersides, and enclosed by glass sliding doors behind metal railings. These have been inserted at the two bays next to both end bays on the 6th floor, the same eastern bays on the 8th floor, and on the 12th floor at the two bays next to the end bay, and the two bays spaced one away to the east. The end piers of the facade project just slightly and have stylized limestone capitals below medallions at the top. The 12th floor is crowned by a modillioned and dentiled stone cornice, above which rises the top floor. It consists of copper piers between single- and double-windows (the double-windows occur where each of the projecting balconies are placed below). Above is a slightly-angled mansard of multi-colored brick.
The building contains 109 apartment units.
