197-foot, 17-story Art-Deco residential building completed in 1937. Designed by Jacob M. Felson, it operates as a condo-op, a combination of condominium and co-op ownership. It is clad in light-grey brick with beige brick accents, above a limestone ground floor. There is a 2-story enframement at the central entrance of purple-red marble. The entrance has glass double-doors framed in stainless-steel, up a single step, and covered by a glass-and-metal suspended canopy. To either side is a bay of paired windows, a secondary with a glass door, and a end bay (with tripartite window at the west, and a double-window next to a metal basement door at the east).

At the brick upper floors there are tripartite windows in the end bays, single-windows in the next bays, and tripartite windows in the bays flanking the center bay, which varies by floor. At the 2nd floor, where the marble enframement extends up, it has paired windows in dark-red metal frames; the marble section ends at the top of the 2nd floor is a slightly-projecting lintel with rounded ends. There are paired windows in the center bay at the 3rd, 5th, 9th, & 10th floors, and tripartite windows at the others. Most of the facade has thin horizontal banding made up of 1-brick-wide strips of beige brick, with vertical lines framing the edges of the center bay and single-window bays; these bays also have triple-stripes of vertical beige brick at the spandrels between floors. The facade is dotted by a relatively small number of slightly-protruding, black air-conditioning unit vents.

The 16th floor has setbacks at the outer bays, with the center section extending up to the top floor, with four single-windows oriented to the west, and a 5th single-window offset at the east. The two set-back bays to either side have tripartite windows. The west elevation, also clad in light-grey brick, has a bay of single-windows at the front edge, followed by a bay of paired windows, and a partial bay of single-windows (with openings at only a few floors) farther back.

The building contains 45 units.
