14-story mid-century modern residential building completed in 1977. Designed by Herbert L. Mandel, it is clad in reddish-brown brick and concrete. The long east and west facades are divided into eight bays fronted by concrete balconies with metal railings. The exception is the 3rd bay from the north on the west facade, which is recessed between the balconies of the neighboring bays; it has a single-window at the south end, joined to three small, high-set windows stretching across to the north. At each end of the west and east facades is a recessed end bay of brick with no openings.

The north and south facades are plain concrete with no openings, and exposed floorplates. Both have a projecting section that is offset somewhat to the right.
