The Mercantile Continental Building is an 11-story office tower located in downtown Dallas, Texas. Constructed in 1948 by Mercantile National Bank, the building is connected to Mercantile's former complex by an underground walkway.

The building is currently undergoing extensive redevelopment into luxury apartments, scheduled to be completed in mid-2013.
