150-foot, 12-story Renaissance-revival office building completed in 1911. Designed by Rouse & Goldstone, it has a tripartite design, with a 3-story limestone base, reddish-brown brick shaft, and 2-story stone and brick crown. The front facade is three bays wide, with a recessed main entrance at the west end, and a recessed plate-glass storefront on the east. The storefront is lined in stainless steel, and the glass doors of the main entrance are topped by a curved stainless-steel canopy. The wide pier at the east end, and the thinner piers framing the entrance have grey granite bases, and there is a grey granite band above the entrance canopy. The 2nd & 3rd floors have three tripartite windows with black iron framing. Both have transoms - glass at the 3rd floor, and filled by iron panels at the 2nd floor. Wide 2-story pilasters at the ends of the facade frame both floors, and have capitals with egg-and-dart moldings. The base is crowned by a projecting stone cornice with flat modillions with gridded undersides. At the 4th floor, the cornice is topped by a stone balustrade.

The mid-section floors have tripartite windows in each bay, divided by black iron mullions. They have bracketed stone sills and brick lintels. There is a small stone medallion above the middle bay of the 8th floor, and a large cartouche flanked by swags below the 10th floor, which is topped by a stone band course, separating the building's crown. The crown has wide stone outer piers and thinner brick piers in the center, with Corinthian capitals. Both floors of the crown have tripartite windows, and the stone spandrels have heraldic shields. The facade is capped by a green copper roof cornice with modillions and finials, above a dentil course.

The east elevation is clad in reddish-brown brick, with a bay single-windows at the front, and paired windows further back. The ground floor is occupied by Pret-A-Manger restaurant.
