  • Sir, I am customer of SBI Gajraula,Distt- J.P.Nagar (U.P) My SB A/c No. in this Branch is 11396109266 I have applied for CBS Cheq Book issue in the last week of October 2008. But not received till date. Whenever I go to SBI Gajraula Branch for receive CBS Cheqe Book Mr. Senger(Commercial Officer) replied that CBS Cheque Book not came from Lucknow.   • Sir I have my saving accounts no 20036498346 in SBI A-6 FAIZABAD ROAD INDRA NAGAR LUCKNOW .On 30 JUN at 3.30 PM went to bank it was about to close we met the Asset branch manager and requested to convert my accounts MOD he said give an application there only I wrote one letter for MOD and fill up the form for NEW ATM .I have received ATM CARDS BUT at present I am in Bangalore for my treatment today also requested through some body and gave again my A/C no asst branch manager and he ensured me that he will convert but it is unfortunate to say that still I am seeing at night 9.30 pm on inter net it is not done . Pl guide me how it can be done from Bangalore. Thanking you Regards. bbsingh
