6-story residential building completed in 1930. It is clad in dark-red brick, six bays wide; the end-bay windows are wider than the middle four. The ground floor has a central entrance framed in keyed limestone, with the metal-and-glass door on the left and a 3-over-2 window on the right; a rounded, brown canvas canopy extends from the doorway out over the sidewalk. To the west is a small window and a regular-sized window, and to the east is another windows and a gated service door. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade. The building contains 30 apartment units.
