This was a Cavender's Boot City from about 1990 (replacing another western wear store) to November 2016, when a new store opened nearby to replace it. This store used to have a cool highway sign, a grinning neon cowboy that was best seen at night. Sadly, in late 2015 it was removed, presumably because of the highway widening...but it reappeared at the new location.
