12-story modernist residential building completed in 2021. Designed by GreenbergFarrow and Concrete, it is composed of distinct upper and lower halves. The bottom six floors are clad in dark-grey brick and glass, with large, industrial-style windows, with even larger, plate-glass showroom windows on the ground floor, which is occupied by a Lexus dealership. The main, west facade along the avenue is divided into six wide bays at the ground floor, with a smaller central bay. Above, the 2nd-6th floors have 16 bays of varying widths. The lower half is topped by a glass railing, with the upper half set back behind it. The north facade on 48th Street has nine bays, and the south facade on 47th Street is wider, with the west section matching the north facade. To the east there is a recessed bay with the main residential entrance, and then another section of four bays, rising up only to the 6th floor.

The more interesting part of the structure is the upper half, referred to as The Cloud, clad in floor-to-ceiling glass paneling on staggered concrete balconies that protrude out in a wide variety of sizes, creating a random pattern similar to Jenga blocks.

The building contains 219 condominium units.
