5-story residential building completed in 1884. The facade is faced in dark-red painted smooth-stucco with eight bays of single-windows. The ground floor has a glass door with a small stoop and rounded, blue canvas canopy covering the stoop, and is flanked by three windows on the east and two on the west, covered by iron grilles. There are corresponding basement windows (one replaced by a door), and a simple metal railing enclosed the basement areaways on either side of the main entrance.

Two black metal fire escapes run down the facade, which is crowned by a pair of black metal roof cornices with brackets and modillions. The building contains 28 condominium units.
