Designed by Ismael Leyva, the skinny tower has side walls of white concrete, with the narrow ends fronting Park Place and Murray Street clad in glass and steel. Most notable is the setback above the 10th floor, and the rounded balconies projecting from the left side of both facades.
The lobby features a living green wall, 19-foot waterfall, and custom art by sculptor Amanda Weill. The building contains 24 condominium units.
