9-story Neo-Georgian style residential building completed in 1987. Designed by Bond Ryder James Associates, it is L-shaped, with a 2-story base of white stone, arcaded on the east side with squared columns, and a recessed wall clad in stone, red brick and glass. The main entrance on the north elevation is through a 2-story round-arch. The upper floors are clad in red brick, with a stone band course forming continuous sills at the 4th floor. The rest of the windows also have stone sills, set just below black air conditioning vents. A wider band course runs between the 7th & 8th floors. There are also vertical stone details on the top two floors, and a parapet lining the roof.

Battery Pointe contains 154 condominium units. The Soundings, located across South End Avenue, was designed by the same firm, and has similar massing as this building.
