Former Clarkson Runyon estate designed in a sort of French country/Cotswold style by Mott B. Schmidt c. 1917 as part of the Meadow Spring at Glen Cove development. It was later reportedly owned by Carl Holmes, a who was an heir to the Fleishman's Yeast fortune.

The current owner is Joseph Sambuco.
