Estate home designed c. 1921 in the Federal Revival style by Trowbridge & Ackerman on originally 15 acres of land for Theodore Pratt, Sr {financier}. Pratt served as a partner of Charles Pratt & Co., director of Chase Manhattan Bank, and Germanic Safe Deposit Co. He also served as a trustee of Pratt Institute.
The estate was subsequently owned by Everett W. King and was later purchased 1973 by Walter Cook.
