The two storey, red brick office building was constructed in 1932 by the St Lawrence Starch Company. Rather than layoff workers during the Depression, the company chose to keep its employees busy by constructing improvements including the Administration building. The building features red Flemish bond brick (which creates a basket weave effect) and large wooden doors.
