Hey... check out the article in the Toronto Star from Saturday or Sunday Feb 23/24 (sorry, can't remember which)... there is a ratepayers association with some big, fleshed-out improvement plans, which are due to be presented to council on Wednesday Feb 27th. Cool project idea.
