3-story residential building completed in 1933. Designed by Matthew W. DelGaudio, it has retail units on the ground floor with offices above. The upper floors are now apartments. It is clad in brown brick with slender brick uprights between large windows, breaking above the parapet line to signalize their function, and is crowned by terra-cotta ornament. The building occupies the site of a 6-story factory which was razed when Seventh Avenue South bisected it. The ground floor is occupied by The Actors Playhouse, Panca Peruvian restaurant, Casa Oliveria Liquor & Wines, and Mercadito Grove restaurant.
