 mine, production

Separate division, "The mine office Trudovskaya". A part of the state enterprise "Donetsk Coal Energy Company" (DUEK).

Mine was named by former Trudovskaya mine, which was founded in 1905 and owned by Vera Pestereva, daughter of Peter Karpov (the founder of Voznesensky mining camp).

Construction of a new mine No. 5-bis was started in autumn 1931. Mine was launched on February 15, 1941. It was the largest coal producer in the Donbass. In the autumn of that year, before the Soviet troops left Stalino, mine equipment was dismantled, and mine field was flooded. The job runs a group of miners led by Sergey Sharahovym, which was later shot by the fascist invaders.

Recovery of the mine was completed in January 1952.
In 1971, the company set a world record for coal mining. Brigade of Ivan Strelchenko granted 170,230 tons of coal for 31 working days from the same lava.

In 2004, the mine became a part of the State Enterprise "Donetsk Coal Energy Company". Coal reserves amount to 82.5 million tons, which makes it possible to continue to work for a period of about 100 years.
