Conglomerate of settlements of Trudivska mining group.
In the second half of the XIX century landowner Lyubov Karpova bought estate Trudovoye. The central manor estate was located in what is now Marinska boarding school.
In 1873, the grandson of the landowner, Peter Karpov, lays between the river Lozova and Osykova pits of first mines of the future Voznesenskyi mining camp.
In 1905 was founded new Trudivskyi mining camp, owned by Karpov's daughter, Vera Pestereva. The structure of the mine at various times included mines No. 5-12, 20-6, 11-bis.
In 1924, on the basis of the Voznesenskyi and Trudivska mining camps were established Petrovsky Mining Office.
In 1937 Trudivska mining camp became part of Petrovskyi District of Stalino city (present Donetsk).
During the Nazi occupation on Trudivska existed woking concentration camp for enlisted and officers of the Red Army.
In 1939 started construction of the largest mines in the USSR: No. 5-bis Trudivska. The mine was opened in February 1941. During the retreat of Soviet troops - flooded. Equipment was dismantled. Restored in 1952.
