Uber Arena (formerly O2 World and Mercedes-Benz Arena) is a multi-use indoor arena at Friedrichshain in Berlin, Germany. Designed by HOK Sport and JSK Architekten, it was constructed from September 2006 to September 2008 at a cost of €165,000,000. The arena has a seating capacity of 14,200, with 59 luxury boxes. The arena is the home of Eisbären Berlin and ALBA Berlin, and it is also used for concerts and conventions. It hosted the 2009 Euroleague Final Four. On the south facade of the arena is an LED display. The arena's floor area is 60,000 sq m (645,800 sq ft).
