5-story residential building originally completed in 1883, but given a new facade in 1940. It is clad in red ironspot brick. The ground floor has a central entrance with a wood-and-glass door up a single step. On either side is a square 2-over-2 window with a brick sill. The upper floors have two bays of similar windows, with a black metal fire escape running down the middle. At the roof line the three piers extend up higher, and each section has a metal coping.
