Two-storey heritage house built in 1928. Charles Larkin was a prominent member of Saskatoon’s business community, serving as an accountant with J.H. Speers & Co. Plant and in a number of senior positions with the Saskatoon Dairy Pool. Larkin lived in the house from 1929-1940. George Perrott, who owned and operated Modern Laundry, a business that survives today as Canadian Linen Supply, lived in the house from 1945-1972. The house was designated a municipal heritage property in 2007.
