The entire outline shows the former Faro Mine. This includes two sides of the site connected by a 10 km haul road. The larger side of the site is known as the Faro side - this includes the Faro pit, Faro waste rock, the former mill which is now a water treatment plant and the Rose Creek Tailings Impoundments. The smaller side is known as the Grum and Vangorda side which includes the Grum pit and the Vangorda pit along with its respective waste rock.
