Laxmiganj

Laxmiganj is a town city of Kushinagar District.Railway station is there. THERE IS ONE Ganna mill(Sugarcane factory) and an Inter Colledge.It is located between Ramkola and Kaptanganj near railway line.According to an interesting story-long long ago there were collection of laxmi( dhan sampada) in the house of everybody in this area, so it named as Laxmiganj ( Laxmi means Dhan sampada and Ganj means collection or khajana ) i.e. wo jagah jahan dhan hee dhan bhara ho.
