Gulf Wind Farm is located about 15-22 miles south of Baffin Bay (inlet) south of Corpus Christi, Texas. It is the southernmost of 4 contiguous wind farms in the area south of Baffin Bay. Commissioned in 2009, it consists of 118 Mitsubishi MWT-92/2.4 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 283.2 MW.
