Shipston-on-Stour is a town and civil parish on the River Stour about 10 miles (16 km) south of Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire. It is in the northern part of the Cotswolds, close to the boundaries with Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
The town lies across the Stour River, and the residential areas encircle the small town square. People are incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. Driving through the country is exquisit and residents are only a few minutes from larger towns as well as local at attractions like Warwick Castle. It's a beautiful town to live in, and is very difficult to leave once you visit.
