Swindon

A large town in Wiltshire. Prior to the Victorian era it was just a village. It grew twice: First because of the Great Western Railway and Second because of rapid expansion during the 1960s.

Home to the Magic Roundabout. A system of 5 roundabouts circling around a central roundabout.

Should be a city? No. Swindon is the cess pit of England. Small town attitudes. Full of the sort of imbeciles who demand city status but protest against the building of a university because it would destroy their only "area of outstanding natural beauty", which is in fact a dilapidated man-made reservoir full of used contraceptives and rusty shopping trolleys.
