Set in 4,000 acres of beautiful Warwickshire countryside, mainly within the parish of Preston-on-Stour, Stratford-upon-Avon, Alscot a thriving country Estate has been in the West family for over two hundred years.

The Estate is headed by Emma Holman-West, she and her family take an active part in the management and direction of Alscot, which provides a number of commercial opportunities and enterprises, farming & grazing land and residential homes.

In 2012 Alscot was awarded the Bledisloe Gold Medal for landowners. The prestigious medal awarded by the Royal Agricultural Society of England goes to a landowner, who has demonstrated outstanding achievement in the successful land management and development of an agricultural estate in England.
