Ugashik is an unincorporated village in Lake & Peninsula Borough of Alaska. The population was 12 at the 2010 census.
Home of the Ugashik Traditional Council of Alaska natives, site of one of Bristol Bay's first salmon processing canneries and a still-active community of fishermen and subsistence users.
It is a traditional site of the Alutiiq, however very few people now live in Ugashik year-round. Some of the village's people live in nearby Pilot Point
