An indoor shopping mall with over 90 stores, including Zellers, Safeway, London Drugs and many independent retailers.

The western part of the mall is what was originally constructed. Zeller's and Safeway were still anchor tenants then, and other original tenants no longer present were:
-Wizard's Castle arcade (across from the Bank of Montreal)
-Peter Pan Toys (currently the dining area of Tomas the Cook)
-Ricky's Pancake House (Bugsy's bar, currently)
-SAAN (outside Zeller's, opposite the jewellery store)
-Sheffield and Son's tobacconists (outside Safeway's bakery entrance)

Original food court (opposite Safeway, currently Bluenotes, formerly Command HQ arcade)included the same Chinese restaurant, but also Orange Julius, Philly's Cheese Steaks and more.

The Liquor Board Store was added later (the bus terminal and side exit of the mall was located behind it), then the mall was expanded and remodeled a few years later.
