The Metropolitan National bank Tower is a 40-storey, 547 ft (167 m) skyscraper in Downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. It was constructed from 1984 to 1986 and has been the tallest building in Little Rock and Arkansas ever since. The building's construction cost was $72,000,000. It was originally named the Capitol Tower and was then renamed the TCBY Tower. Since August 2003, Metropolitan National Bank has its headquarters in the tower. It has a floor area of 625,000 sq ft (58,064 sq m) and is equipped with 17 elevators. A 952-car parking deck is connected to the tower.
