1515 Poydras was designed by the Architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. The exterior white architectural concrete produces a dramatic contrast to its neighboring 1555 Poydras gray granite building. East and west walls are hammered finish white architectural concrete punched opening shear walls. The 3-level open garage has similar expression with framed expanded metal mesh in east and west wall openings and smooth finish precast concrete planters on the north and south. The garage provides spaces for 500 cars.
