The standing stones (Dikilitash) is a rock phenomenon - a forest of upright stone pillars, located in a sandy terrain dotted with the remains of mussels, sea snails and others. In the main group there are about 300 columns of different diameters. They were formed 50 million years ago, and there are various hypotheses about their origin. Pobiti Kamani Protected Area - Varna is the first officially declared and protected by the state natural landmark in Bulgaria (1937) with an area of ​​253.3 ha and covers an area of ​​50 sq. Km in 14 groups (most of which are little known).
