Built in 1928 for W. A. Henderson of Kenora, Ontario. The Kenora Apartments are one of the finest examples of apartment design by Regina architects Van Egmond and Storey. The design of this building illustrates a unique and picturesque combination of revival styles such as Gothic and Tudor. The Kenora is an excellent example of a group of residential apartments built between 1914 and 1930 along 14th Avenue. It was designated a municipal heritage property in 1984.
