When the rail track was being laid, engineers failed on all attempts to break / dig this stone. Later, one of them got a dream that this stone should not be removed, rather, the track should be diverted at this place.
The same was done. There is a railway crossing near this spot. All trains and vehicles passing this crossing blow horn to this stone. A major bus accident took place in this spot a few years back in which all the passengers except one died.
