Pond Encroched by Local people (Varanasi)

This is a Pond (No bodty knows how old, In our childhood we remember it was not possible go in becuse it was very deep), Encroched by local People and using as land in this village without understanding the importance. My concern is how to save this natural water sources in our village and arround country, which are dying day bt day.
We need to make people aware in our socity that they will not only loosing only one pond they are loosing total ecological system.Incapable governments & Redtappism in counrty is already killing us/our country day by day.
