All that remain from the estate of Edward R. Ladew{tanneries}. c. 1894 by Romeyn and Stever. Later owned by William Hester{Brooklyn Daily Eagle} who turned the Colonial Revival style house into Georgian Revival and renamed estate "Willada Point". Howard Major designed the 1915 alterations for Hester.
