This used to be the site of Jim Archer Chrysler Jeep, which opened circa 2004, but shut down in the recession (2008-2009) that hit the auto industry especially hard. It was mostly demolished (parts of the parking lot remain) and built out for the new headquarters of Emerson Process Management's valve automation business.
