Originally a c. 1830-40 Grecian 2 storey, 3 bay, stucco villa, much extended for school with a sympathetic large 3 bay wing to north east in related quoin pilastered style and a 20th century brick and stone dressed substantial chapel wing to south west. The original villa elevation has coupled pilaster articulating bays on both floors with plinth, first floor entablature and main entablature.
