  • A hill station spread over many hills and valleys. There is a zoo near the bus stop. Early morning walks at about 5.30 AM is a wonderful, it is very cold and bracing. But a view of the sunrise is unforgettable. The walk around the village takes about an hour. There are some schools at the top. But the bus service is very poor. There are hardly 3 services a day, if you own your own vehicle then it is no problem. The staying accommodation is good, a fine restaurant run by the government is also there, but there is one snag. You have to place an order nearly 2 hours in advance. One night while going to eat, the lights in the place went out and it was pitch dark, nothing could be seen even 5 feet ahead.
