Sredoka is a reserve with Ordinance № 75 from 18.01.1989 by the Committee for Natural Environmental Protection at the Council of Ministers with the aim of protecting forest ecosystems characteristic of the Strandzha Mountain.
Area: 598.67 hectares.
The Sredoka Reserve is located on the territory of the Municipality of Malko Tarnovo, in the lands belonging to the village of Stoilovo. To the north the reserve borders the Aydere River, which is a tributary of the Veleka River. The reserve is under protection as it treasures a number of peculiar ecosystems and deposits of rare and protected species included in the Bulgarian Red Book of endangered species.
