The Protected site "Paroria" was declared protected by Order № 845 of 31.10.1991, issued by the Minister of Environment № 93/1991 of the State Gazette in order to preserve the territory occupied by virgin woody vegetation (forest plantations) combined with cultural values.
Area: 988.6 hectares.
