150-foot, 12-story Neo-Classical office building completed in 1913. Designed by William H. Birkmire, it is five bays wide. The 3-story base has limestone piers with grey granite bases around the end bays, and slightly narrower black cast-iron piers dividing the center section into three bays. There is a service entrance in the eastern bay, and the modern main building entrance in the western bay. The center bay has double doors to the storefront, and there are large show windows in the flanking bays. Each ground-floor bay is topped by transoms. The 2nd & 3rd floors have tripartite windows in each bay, with pivoting side panes; each also has transoms. The end bays have limestone spandrels, and the middle bays have black cast-iron spandrels. At the top of the 3rd floor, the limestone piers at the end bays have scrolled brackets above cartouches and other hanging ornament, supporting a cornice with egg-and-dart molding that caps the base.

The upper floors have buff-colored brick piers and spandrels. Each of the five bays has three windows divided by black metal mullions. Each bay is unified by stone sill and lintel courses, and the end-bay spandrels are decorated with terra-cotta ornament. The piers have cartouches at the 11th floor, where a cornice sets off the top floor. Here, each bay has three window openings with stone surrounds and projecting pilasters between the bays. The facade is crowned by a pale-green metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Show Place Antique Center.
